But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

Our Little Man

Jack has been so sweet lately! As he gets older and is able to do more he is so much more content! His new favorite thing to do is sit in his Bumbo. A Bumbo is an infant seat that uses a baby's own body weight to support him in a sitting position. The age on the box is 3-14 moths. Jack started to use his at two months. What can I say--he's advanced :) He sits in it and watches TV, watches me do the dishes, and sits in it when Mommy and Daddy eat dinner together. We put him right in the middle of the kitchen table so he can watch us and talk to us while we eat. And I admit, Mommy might sneak a little bit of mushy big people food into Jack's mouth on a baby spoon while he's on the table!

I have lots of pictures on this one since it's been a while since my last post! I know how some of you get frustrated when you don't see daily posts!

Here are Jack and Makenzie in their Bumbos together watching TV.

And here is Jack in his Bumbo wearing the cutest onsie Nana got him. The funny thing is--its size is six months! Jack is so long that he can wear his six month clothes already! (He's 10 weeks old today.)

Jack after a bath wearing the monkey robe my friend Sarah got him.

Jack really loves being in his Baby Bjorn infant carrier. If I need to do a few quick chores and he is being too fussy for me to set him down, I just pop him in the Bjorn.

Here we are about to talke a walk with Daddy and Wiley. Isn't that construction across the street lovely?

And here's Daddy and Jack while Mommy gets groceries at Kroger. They both look thrilled that I have taken this picture.

Another of Jack's favorite things is to 'jump' on Daddy's lap. Jason will count to three and pick Jack up into the air, and then have him land standing on his lap. Jack loves it so much that he will start laughing when Jason starts counting because he knows what's coming.

Here he is smiling at me during play time this morning. (You gotta love the Halloween PJs.)

And this is a first for today. When I had Jack on his tummy he was trying really hard to roll over onto his back. You can see that he has his weight on his left side and is kicking that right leg over trying to get onto his back. He didn't quite make it today, but it's just a matter of time!

He is so adorable. I can't believe how much he's grown. I do have to say, the monkey bathrobe is just plain cute. :) Of course, he is cute in everything he wears!! Take care and hope to see you soon.
