But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

More baby info....

Yesterday we made a plan with our doctor for the chance that Jack is overdue. I am due on the 1st, which is a week from tomorrow (a Wednesday). If he has not come by the 6th (Monday), the doctor wants to go ahead and induce. Apparently, the longer overdue a baby is, the greater the risk of still birth becomes.

So, there will be a baby sometime within the next two weeks! Of course I'd much prefer to go into labor naturally since induction usually leads to more intense contractions, but I'm not going to be picky. We're just anxious to meet our son!

Woohoo! If I had to guess I totally think you'll go into labor on your own...your body has already started and progressed so much. However, I remember you telling me about your mom and how you and your brother both were late, and often women are a lot like there moms in that respect. Either way, you'll have Jack soon!

It's always nice to have a light at the end of the tunnel at this point in the pregnancy! I hope you don't go until the 6th. Emily was due on May 1st. Induced on May 6th and was a super easy delivery! Watched cartoons til 3:30pm when the dr. made us turn off the TV. She was born at 4:11pm! Here's hoping Jack's arrival is that pleasant!!!!!
