Two Month Appointment

Jack and I just got back from his two month appointment. The poor little guy had to get three shots in the thighs, and he screamed his little head off! The nurse made me pin down his poor little arms, and when he started screaming from the sticks, I teared up too! It's just as hard on the mommy as it is on the baby I tell you!

Now for his stats--He weighs 14 lbs and was 25 1/4" long-both of which are in the 95th percentile for his age! As grandmas say, he's growing like a weed! He has grown 5 1/4" and gained 6 pounds since he was born !!
Here he is in his stroller in the waiting room...unsuspecting of the sticks that are to come:



And here he is just a few minutes ago..completely pooped from all of that hollering!

Abby only has an extra 14oz. on him (they're the same length, too!)...well that was from a few weeks ago anyway, but the weird thing is Jack feels SO much lighter! Those shots are the worst..I totally tear up, too. I LOVE the swim pictures--glad he liked the water! :-)

Super cute "Bobby Hill" photo! I'm sure shots are way more emotionally draining on Mom than Jack. Hang in there! Can't wait til the next time I see him!
